Behaviour Smart has significantly reduced the time spent completing and analysing our physical intervention/incident forms (previously we used paper forms and manual analysis). We are an Independent Special School for children with SEMH needs, and it is vital that we can look at incidents objectively over time to improve how we support our extremely vulnerable pupils, whilst also not increasing workload for staff. I use Behaviour Smart to record and analyse behaviour of children with complex needs. It is a comprehensive recording tool which is also flexible in allowing you to configure it to reflect the specific needs and systems in place in your service. It tracks behaviours and uses the data inputted to produce comprehensive and personalised behaviour plans. I would highly recommend it. The support from Dean and his tech team is great too!!"
