After working with students who experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health services, Dean completed a Master's Degree in Teaching and Learning at Leicester University and founded Positive Behaviour Strategies Ltd. Dean is a Trainer, Independent Researcher, Behaviour Consultant and Conference Speaker in the UK and abroad. In 2022, Dean founded Behaviour Smart Ltd. Dean's talks cover a wide range of topics, including incident learning, Understanding behaviour, Emotional intelligence, preventing, managing and resolving conflict, Policy and documentation.
