Behaviour Smart integrates directly with CPOMS (Child Protection Online Management System), the UK's leading safeguarding platform used by schools.

To connect your Behaviour Smart account to CPOMS please follow these steps.

CPOMS

1. Ensure the 'Enable CPOMS integration' box is selected in Behaviour Smart.

2. If you would like ALL incidents to be sent to CPOMS select 'Sync all inncidents with CPOMS'.

3. From CPOMS admin select 'integrations'.

4. Select Behaviour Smart.

5. Accept the terms and copy the token.

6. Send the token to [email protected]

If the Behaviour Smart category has no permissions set, follow these instructions

Navigate to main menu - Admin

StudentSafe > Categories

Click 'Edit'

Ensure "view Incident" is checked for their respective User Group.
